Little Haven NYC is designed to make finding and coordinating care easier for everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Using the site

You can navigate with a keyboard, use the “Skip to content” link, enlarge text, and complete labeled forms. Menus and review dialogs support the Escape key. Status updates use text as well as visual cues, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

Our accessibility work

We use WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the web standard incorporated into the Revised Section 508 Standards, to guide accessibility improvements. We also review reflow, focus visibility, and touch targets. Testing and improvements are ongoing; this statement is not a certification of full conformance.

Connected services

Password recovery and Checkr screening include pages provided by other services. Their accessibility is managed separately, and those steps need to be evaluated as part of the complete experience before launch.
