Four thoughtful steps before your first match.
- Pending: Create your profileAdd your contact details, then share your experience and photo.
- Pending: Complete your application reviewWe personally vet your application, check and verify at least two parent references, and confirm your age, photo, and valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- Pending: Pass your background checkComplete your criminal background screening through Checkr.
- Pending: Finish onboarding and get matchedComplete team onboarding and receive approval. We’ll then coordinate care assignments with you.

You must pass a criminal background check through Checkr, our third-party screening provider, before the care team can assign you to a family. Checkr securely collects your screening information, and our care team reviews the results.

Illness, sick care & notice
Please tell the care team as soon as possible if your child or sitter is unwell. We understand sudden illness happens; sick care is considered case by case.
